We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Since our cakes are freshly made and perishable, we have a clear and fair refund policy.

1. Non-Refundable Items

• Custom-made cakes and personalized designs are non-refundable once produced or delivered.
• Ready-made cakes cannot be returned once delivered due to food safety regulations.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements are available in the following cases:

• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged item on arrival (photo evidence required within 2 hours of delivery)
• Cancellation made before the production process starts

• Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your order up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund.
