SwweetPlaceForU provides freshly baked cakes, custom cake orders, and ready-to-buy desserts through its online and physical stores in Turkey.

2. Orders

• All orders must be confirmed via phone or email.
• Custom cakes require detailed design approval and advance payment.
• Prices are displayed in USD for international users and TRY for local customers.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to limited availability or incorrect information.

3. Payments

• Payments are accepted via secure gateways, including credit/debit cards and approved local payment systems.
• All transactions are protected with SSL encryption.

4. Delivery

• Delivery is available across Istanbul and nearby areas.
• Same-day delivery applies only to ready-made cakes currently in stock.

5. Product Availability

Since all our cakes are handcrafted, slight variations in color, shape, or decoration may occur.

SwweetPlaceForU is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information or force majeure events.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Turkish law. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Istanbul courts.
